The surroundings of the hotel were beautiful, with a great pool, peaceful landscape, and a perfect location to explore the nearby areas. the rooms were clean and spacious, with large and well-equipped bathrooms. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with fresh, well-served food. the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the common areas were comfortable and welcoming.
The hotel staff's English language skills could be improved, causing communication issues for some guests.

We had a good stay at this hotel which is located amidst amazing natural scenery. The hotel provides excellent facilities like a sparkling pool, child playground, and well-maintained parking. the hotel rooms were clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The pool was nice and refreshing, and the menu at the restaurant was diverse. The hotel location was perfect, close to the main town square and only a short walk from local bars and shops. although the hotel didn't have a lot of amenities, the staff was friendly and accommodating of our needs.
The room was tiny and felt very cramped for a romantic escape. we found the lack of air conditioning to be a significant downside as it was hot and humid during our stay.

The outdoor areas were exceptional with a beautiful terrace and backyard children's play area. the food was fresh, delicious, with a great number of options, including local cuisine. the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the spectacular wine selection. Plus, the clean, spacious rooms offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
